I ordered from springstepshoes.com, and the shoes did come in the right box and all that, but the packaging looked a little rough when it showed up. Nothing too awful, just kind of like it had been bumped around or tossed here and there.
The shoes themselves were totally fine, so it wasn’t a big deal in the end. I just figured this would’ve been packed a bit better, especially for shoes...

The shoes did show up in good shape, so no big disaster or anything, but they arrived a bit later than I was hoping. The tracking also barely updated, which was kind of annoying because I kept checking it like I check the weather before a weekend trip I’m not even taking. Once the package got here, everything was fine, but the shipping experience was just kind of average.

My feet started aching after a short amount of time, and they feel more like flat, cheap sandals than actual supportive shoes. For the price, I really expected better. Definitely not happy with them.

I ordered my usual size, but these fit completely wrong. The toe area was way too tight, while the heel felt loose, so they were awkward to walk in. The size chart wasn’t helpful either. For something as basic as getting the fit right, this felt disappointing, not worth the trouble of having to return them.

Maybe their sales are better, who knows, but the regular prices didn’t make much sense to me. I ended up closing the tab without buying anything.

In the end, I’d say these are decent shoes, but I wish the stitching was a little better. They looked nice at first and felt fine to wear, but after a few outings I started noticing some uneven seams. Not a total dealbreaker, but the craftsmanship could definitely be improved
